Facial Markings for High Elf Knights/Commanders #554

Describe your suggestion in full detail below: While there aren't too many examples of high elves with facial markings in WoW's official lore, it's a very popular concept in the game's community. Adding a few variations to be used by High Elf Knights and Commanders would add a ton of flavor to their ethnicity.

The high elven ranger units' portraits in Warcraft II are shown with facial markings: image

And then there's Alleria, of course: image

High Elf Knights and Commanders

this sounds good to me, maybe add knights and commanders of the farstriders to this list, too :)

I dunno if this is the case but i feel like these elven markings are a cultural leftover from their Kaldorei days. while most high elves where probably more of the Highborne cultural flavor, i'm sure more down to earth, normal kaldorei folks traveled with them over the oceans and took their "hunting" traditions with em. So I dunno if knights & commanders should have it, I feel like the markings are clearly a ranger thing, so if we somehow have a "Ranger, hunter or similar" trait they only they should receive it. BUT it is a good cultural flavor non the less, so I don't think it is to weird for noble knights to have it.
