Game Concept for Crisises

• We should add Game Concepts for crisises (Horde, Scourge etc.) to better explain their mechanics

I think a clickable window with all current global crises, all past crises, their descriptions and possible actions against them would be a good idea. So for example we would not touch the story "Invasion of the Horde" but there would be an informative window on it, its history and what it is possible to do.

The Horde game concept is needed. The crisis game concept is added in https://github.com/Warcraft-GoA-Development-Team/Warcraft-Guardians-of-Azeroth-2/pull/775.

  • [ ] A few tabs inside (one for each crisis: the Scourge, Legion and one tab for generic crises (expansive ruler), etc.)

  • [x] Join the coalition against the crisis
  • [x] Leave the coalition
  • [ ] If the crisis attacks a coalition member, the whole coalition may join the war
  • [ ] If a coalition member attacks the crisis with Stop Crisis CB, the whole coalition may join the war
  • [x] Being in the coalition gives you prestige, army, and stress minuses so it's better to deal with the crisis faster
  • [ ] The player should be notified when they may join the coalition
