[BUG] | "Create Title d_dyn_reb_2110751" #1755

Your mod version is: 1.8.0

What expansions do you have installed? All, not running Sunset Invasion

Are you using any submods/mods? If so, which? None

Please explain your issue in as much detail as possible: The ability to create "d_dyn_reb_2110751" comes up as possible when going to create titles.

Steps to reproduce the issue: Unsure. It was available in the save file uploaded, but when reloading the ability to create the title went away.
