This event make no sense in current situation - Drust already won the war, but then Kul-tiran throsic undead was installed by faction demand, which lead to civil war between undead throsic kul-tiran and alive tidemother kul-tiran.
Also, half of this event localization is false -
It's not vengeful drust, it's just civil war
It's neither savage barbarians, they are also kul-tiran
Victory of the drust do not seems inevitable, they already lost
It's not recent either - 11 years has passed
