Changelog:

Added 3 new gamerules for class/artifact interaction:
- Class requirements for magical weapons from the mod
- Class requirements for ranged weapons from the mod
- Class requirements for melee weapons from the mod

Developer changelog:

Fixed ranged weapons active condition.

How to test:

Check active conditions of melee, ranged and magical weapons. Here some examples:

add_artifact spear_1 for melee weapon
add_artifact eluntara for ranged weapon
add_artifact atiesh for magical weapon

Why some? Are there any artifacts that can't be used even with the unrestricted rule?

@LordaeronEmbassy, it's actually the other way around - some artifacts can be used even with restricted rule.

@MemeWizard Gotcha, thats more in line with what I found. In that case, I updated my loc suggestions to be only the unrestricted ones, and one unrelated to the some.
