Changelog:

Added Yak Statue wonder for Yaungol characters instead of Horse Statue.
Added Yak Graveyard wonder upgrade.

Developer changelog:

Added yaungol_opinion opinion modifier
Changed vanilla Great Stables wonder upgrade description into custom localization.

How to test:

Build Yak Statue and upgrade it to the max stage. Build Yak Graveyard and Great Stables to make sure loc is working.

Loc LGTM, but why don't yak statues get the same upgrades as normal horse statues? no bronze/silver/gold plating?

Well i kinda used golden plating on last stage icon so i had to replace it with the fireplace upgrade or whatever it's called

I upgraded the wonder, destroyed and then restored. There are 2 bugs: The description after the restoration said it's still destroyed. The name after the destruction was changed to Destroyed Great Work and not Destroyed Statue like it happens with the horse statue.

got rid of static description so it all works normally now.
