Changelog:

Vashj no longer exists in the 583 bookmark.
Replaced vanilla lines mentioning human beings.
Stormwind is guaranteed to lose all titles in the First War if it loses. No more enclaves on Balor or in Stranglethorn.
Shortened EVTOPTA_WCCRS_130.
Old Gods' followers no longer can react calling Sylvanas a treacherous scum.
The Scourge can't use the Scourge Subjugation against the Legion.
