The source code we distribute here is dual licensed, mit & gpl. You are free to use and distribute this code as those licenses allow. Of course you are free to write and distribute your own wiki using what ever license you choose.
The federation mechanisms built into this software assume that content is shared under a specific creative commons license. This shouldn't be changed.
As we're moving towards the opportunity to have federated wiki in a farm, authors should know what license they're writing under.
I appreciate that the documentations says "You may use the Wiki under either the MIT License or the GNU General Public License (GPL) Version 2.".
In the footers of http://fed.wiki.org/view/welcome-visitors and http://ward.fed.wiki.org/view/welcome-visitors , the text reads CC BY-SA 3.0 . Where can this be changed? Should installation/configuration instructions explicitly speak to setting that somewhere?
