Discord Service Contract #49

How about splitting this PR into several smaller ones, where each PR focuses on a section of the contract?

I have added a new version. I hope it is converging at least a little :).

Btw. the workload necessary just for the discord looks terrifying 😨

@spurkis I am not sure if there are many functional differences between chats and forums, perhaps with the exception of better real timeliness of the chat.

How about creating a service-contracts folder and saving that file in there? The assets folder doesn't fit it.

Agreed, not sure how to do that on someone else's PR, so I'll merge this, move it to a 'service contracts' folder, and apply outstanding feedback from above.
