HP gain problem #62

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Regenerate HP
2. Vampire
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Regeneration/HP-gain doesn´t stop at 100 HP, it never stops. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.6 -stable
Linux Debian
Sourcemod 1.5
Metamod 1.9
