Decide on STM32 dev board change, port to STM32F401 #11

Are we going to switch boards? We should probably deicide soon. This should involve minimal work to port I think so regardless of what we choose, we should be ok.

The current board is a bit large and hangs over the front of the Zumo where we'd most likely be mounting the electromagnet. A possible workaround would be to pull the boxes behind us but we may run the risk of dropping boxes more easily.
