game closes after starting single player game

stargus(stargus.exe) closes after starting single player game with not default game settings(e.g. 4 Player Map).(Windows 32-Bit)

starting stargus from cmd(for bug reporting) dosen't work with the "stargus.exe -W -v 1" command like in the "Stargus bug reporting guidelines"
