build cnfigure relative path. #63

I realize that stargus development is almost on hold. I just decided to build the current master, it works. When you specify STRATAGUS_INCLUDE_DIR, you cannot specify a relative path. STRATAGUS_BIN can be relative. for comparison, wargus both paths can be relative.
