(by dinky-dye-aussie) What version are you using? 2.2.7? or a trunk release?
(by james-jdunne) Yes, it was with 2.2.7.
(by dinky-dye-aussie) Check the stratagus forums. I compile trunk releases and upload them to the "Resources" thread. I haven't compiled any for a while. I should really get to compiling the latest so to give everyone the latest version.
I'll do that now.
(by launchpad-elicoten) See https://answers.launchpad.net/wargus/+question/225514 where I've written about my experiences with what seems like this bug. I was using 2.2.7 for these tests.
(by joris-dauphin) If player can join the "preparation room", then they can play together. firewall presence may forbid direct net connection.
(by launchpad-elicoten) As I said in https://answers.launchpad.net/wargus/+question/225514, all players can join the "preparation room", just that with some maps the game only starts on the host machine.
(by launchpad-elicoten) Confirmed based on my experience and the answer give in the question linked to in https://bugs.launchpad.net/stratagus/+bug/1127013/comments/6
(by joris-dauphin) It is not a bug of stratagus, but a bug of wargus scripts. So I close this thread.
(by launchpad-elicoten) Confirmed again for the same reason as in comment 7.
(by iddqd-mail) This isn't the bug of wargus - the maps should be fixed to contain at least 2 players
Using three PCs connected on a LAN we get the lobby in Wargus x64 but once the host presses Start Game button, only the host gets into the game and the other two are left in the lobby.
