add move and stop button for sorceress.lua

I think this breaks the game if we do not use the rebalanced file. we need an enpty DefineUnit for the sorceress in the default code to fix it

i just downloaded portable w1g 3.3.3 i play it without rebalanced in church there is no sorceress all works ok

I then manually added sorceress and play again with rebalanced off - works, no CTD.

I check rebalanced ON - there is sorceress in church. and she has move and stop command. ok

it works in rebalanced on and off (then there is no sorceress at all)

however what dont work now is the UI its all white. like something is missing
