Reduce toughness of Town Hall #435

remove native armor from all buildings (as in vanilla) reduce town hall HP to 1500 (from 2500).

why: -it takes forever to take down TH (campaign also is boring for longer after finishing AI)

lumber mill building armor upgrades become interesting investement
1500 hp value is tested for decades in W2.
AI raids with few grunts/footman are more deadly to player
it keeps the whole expansion economy more in check
