Unit ranges woes #177

A range 8 unit can't always outrange a range 7 unit. Same savegame as before, buggy holy vision.sav.gz. Attack-move the ballistas towards the leftmost enemy cannon tower. At least one of the ballistas will pointlessly enter cannon tower range! I think this only happens at some angles, but still. This is Warcraft, not Dune 2 ;).

Or consider "The Prisoners" map. In original Warcraft 2, I could find an angle from which a battleship could destroy all cannon towers on the snakey path towards the prisoners, but in Wargus I can't find a way to approach the one surrounded by rock, so the completionist in me is unhappy because map can't be cleared. 6 Range should be 6 Range, regardless of angle!

We should now add the skirmisher flag to ballistas/catapults, battleships, and possibly Alleria, so these units always try to position themselves so they out-range towers.
