Chinese localization support #225

Hi, I have found an old disk of warcraft 2 chinese version(only Tides of Darkness, all audio and text have been localized). It uses 2 special font files for Chinese character. But I don't know how to convert the fonts. 20170106091855 By the way, in this disk , there are some C++ source code of the "war2ed95", code made by "Patrick Wyatt". 20170106091106 20170106091753 Maybe the codes are used for localization.

@abenedic looks like archive.org just ... has it? How does that work with copyright? Anyway, not linking it here, but it's there.

The files associated seem to be no longer available. If anyone else has similar files and can upload them appropriately that may help. Or submit them to the StormLib project upstream and see if they are able to decode them.

Is mega link outdate? I will upload it to other site soon.
