Restart scenario doesn't work after save is loaded #392

Describe the bug If campaign playthrough, if a savegame is loaded, restarting scenario reset things to a state stored in the savegame.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start any campaign mission
  2. Do some noticeable changes (e.g. move unit, build something)
  3. Save a game
  4. Load saved game
  5. Try restarting (Menu(F10) -> End scenario -> Restart scenario)
  6. A game is reset to a point saved at step 3

Expected behavior A game being reset to its initial state for current mission.
