[Feature Request] Add wartool binary to release artifacts #413

It would be nice to have wartool binary attached to a release as a separate entry, so others can download and use it without installing Wargus.

Which binary? The Windows binary? You can just extract the installer using e.g. 7zip for that. Linux binaries are not published for CI builds
