Use local table for naming forces. #444

Instead of using 7*2 if statement for naming the forces in local maps it is used a table of tables containing the name of the forces to avoid the execution of multiple if statements.

@Jarod42 I have made a new commit using the map as you suggested and I also have resolved the use of _
