Changed item rotation to use scroll wheel before placing. #16

Iso and 2d camera no longer zoom if shift or ctrl is pressed while scrolling.
If scrolling and holding ctrl while placing items, then rotate item.
If scrolling and holding shift while placing items, then fine rotate item.
