Portal: Badges: Grouping badges

I3C -> BadgeCategory -> BadgeDefinition

• Display categories sorted by Position+Name.

• Display all badges in a category that has been granted sorted by Position+Name.

• If there is at least one BadgeDefinition that was not granted, display an empty badge and display an information that inform visitors that there are more badges in this category.

• Add Enum to Badge for 1,2,3 stars.

• Add Association to WG (not used yet, only info purposes)

• Add Association to TG (not used yet, only info purposes)

• Add 3 images for each BadgeDefinition, one for each star level.

• Add Position to BadgeCategory.

• Add Image to BadgeCategory
