Can't use the full sidebar on short viewports #33

For example, on landscape mode, where the viewport height is less than the content of the sidebar, half the links are unreachable: https://gfycat.com/PoliticalIgnorantFinwhale

Needs to be scrollable independently from the content pane, I guess?
