I have re-activated the photons package, and updated the documentation to reflect this. A new example input deck has also been provided.
I have updated particle probes to match the current version of the main EPOCH code. This includes forcing the code to output the position of the particle when it touches the probe itself, the time of contact (with -DPROBE_TIME), and the particle ID value (with -DPARTICLE_ID or -DPARTICLE_ID4).
