Moving injector #40

Description

Request a moving injector which may be an combination of "moving window" and "injector". A schematic diagram has been attached here (Fig. 1).

A detailed description (private communications with the Princeton University PIC group) of this kind of moving injector has been attached here. I hope it will help for code masters.

That paper describes a code with several major features that EPOCH doesn't have, none of which are on our active development roadmap. We will add them to our "TODO" list so that we will consider them when seeking further funding (if there is significant community interest in having them).

However, our current roadmap goes out to August 2019 with all of our developers fully allocated to other tasks until then. There is no possibility of development on major feature of this kind starting until then. If you need a code with these features before 2020 at the earliest, I'm afraid that you'll either have to develop them yourself or find a code that already has those features.
