Parameters of CPML boundary conditions #570

Hello, I would like to ask what these parameters represent when setting the CPML boundary conditions? I don't understand them including "cpml_kappa_max", "cpml_a_max" and "cpml_sigma_max". When these parameters are set to any number can improve the absorption. Can you explain them to me?
