Updating database attributes does not update Templates

If you add a new attribute to a database, the template does not have access to it.

The solution here is to:

auto-update templates when they are selected to include at least the attributes available in the database
update templates currently selected by a database when the database attributes change.

It appears that templates don't have any extra database attributes. Will look into this
