Add "Get Link" button to group #5

Users need to be able to join groups. On the Admin view, each group should have a + button that generates a link that is unique to that group. e.g.

warwick.ai/join/cx9

clicking this link should prompt the user to sign in, and then add them to the group. Their name should appear in the interface under that group.
