Remove Koch Spence #192

Removed all trace of Koch and Spence method for bloch wave calculation, and got rid of IBlochMethodFLAG in .inp files. Also includes the changes to the .cif files for SrTiO3.

Hi Chris, are you on a URSS to make Felix better? If so, perhaps we could have a chat at some stage? I was wondering, for example, if you are aware that Felix has CI installed (but which is broken at the moment). You could also try to get this going (again).

Hi Rudolf, yes I am doing a URSS with Richard on Felix. Unfortunately this is my last week and I'm going to be trying to implement thin slicing into Felix as well as a few other bits and bobs(along with some debugging!), so I'm not sure if I'll have time to try and fix CI, apologies.
