Sort the worlds list by loaded maps first #9

Describe the feature you'd like The /worlds command should first sort the worlds by the ones loaded in before sorting it in alphabetical order.

Usefulness of the feature The worlds loaded in are the ones currently being used so those should be the ones seen first.
