This is the pull request for the plugin-side of the achievements implementation.

The following Achievement Agents have been tested and are currently working:

CHAT_MESSAGE_AGENT

FIRST_BLOOD_AGENT
BOW_DISTANCE_AGENT
FLAG_CAPTURE_AGENT
FLAG_DEFEND_AGENT
MONUMENT_DAMAGE_AGENT
KILL_CONSECUTIVE_AGENT
PLAY_TIME_AGENT
CONTROL_POINT_CAPTURE_AGENT

The following Achievement Agents have either been only partially implemented, or exhibit some type of bug causing them to not currently work:

CAPTURE_NO_SPRINT_AGENT
RECORD_AGENT
WOOL_DEFEND_AGENT
COMPOSITE_AGENT (currently commented out)
