This PR adds about dialog for WMIT.

Art is currently a place-holder, until we get clear licensing for community-provided art.
AUTHORS file is preliminary one and can be improved. Note that Qt 5.14 is required to display markdown in about dialog, otherwise it will be shown as plain text.
