Add deprecation notes into README file and CLI
Print warning into stdout when loading WZM files
Error on WZM export
Remove WZM from About dialog

@past-due FYI I'm deprecating WZM format in WMIT, but keeping loading capabilities for now, so that people can migrate their files into PIE before completely removing support.
