There's quite a bit of error spam about skyscrapers being too close to each other when the map starts.

Maybe you uploaded the wrong map to the GitHub issue since I see this when the map loads:

Are you attaching the map to your email? That won't work. You need to log into your GitHub account and post it into a new map issue (or upload it in this issue and I can open a new one for you).
