./configure doesn't check for zip or C++ compiler #1434

I just build beta 7 on a Debian GNU/Linux.

Building wz2100 requires both a C++ compiler and the zip program. However ./configure does not check for their presence.

./configure should check for all needed programs.

It didn't check for zip when i built it too.
