I tried a test game, and structure limits for repair facilities were being followed by the AI.

| by NymeIn 2.1, the AI will exceed the limit of 5 repair facilities, building 10 and more facilities. This is seen at least when skirmishing 1vs1 against an AI with slider at 50%, and most propably with any other level, map and number of AIs. The game I noticed this was on Valley, with "start with bases" and unmodified structure limits (all full). Operating system used was Win XP Service pack 3. The install is a non-debug version, with all options enabled (including mods AIvolution, NTW and Grim, but none were used during the game).
It is worth noting that the AI respects all other building limits, the only exception being repair facility.
