Low quality sequences don't play if audio/video timing is off #4726

As far as I know there are only two sequences that are affected by this. One is the quick "mission failed" sequence and the other in the last Beta mission. They actually play for a fraction of a second and then stop being played.

Attached is a save file "cam2-8". Use the "let me win" cheat and when the next mission plays its sequences you will see the missing one when comparing it to 2:00 in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRVSOk3beoI&list=PL76F9099AF9720F1D&index=104.

Edit: This only affects the low quality sequences.

Huh, never would have thought of that. Don't know, guess I will keep this open right now just for documentation purposes.
