show new green crosshair cursor instead of blue crosshair cursor when selecting assigned units

When selecting assigned units, a crosshair cursor is shown. Instead of using the same cursor for assignment and targeting of enemy droids (see attached image [raw-attachment:assignment_cursor_old.png]), I propose to introduce a new green crosshair cursor for the former purpose (see attached image [raw-attachment:assignment_cursor_new.png]).

The colouring can surely be improved -- I am a poor artist.

Makes sense as it shows a distinction between enemy/player. It is somewhat dark, compared to the blue one, though I am not sure how appealing a stronger tint of green would look.

I deliberately made the green cursor a bit darker, because I found it looked too jarring otherwise. In many cases, the assignment cursor conveys no useful information and might just annoy the user.

I will probably upload some new designs next week.

Hmm, while it might make some sense, the issue is the color.

We don't need something that is hard to see, especially if you are on the green team!
