You have been translating version 3.1.2, which was released on the 30th December 2014 (according to './ChangeLog').
This is apparent from your PO header, in which the field "POT-Creation-Date" has the value set in
` commit e3126d90259fb859eee3eb13a4e9fe327a81834b Author: cybersphinx chr.ohm@gmx.net Date: Sun Dec 28 21:50:56 2014 +0100
Update translations.

You are probably disappointed that your PO file was out-of-date.
To avoid this happening again, let me try to explain a few things:
You should know how to clone our official repository and keep it up-to-date.
This is best done using commandline tools. Afaik Git for Windows includes the git commandline interface and a bash shell emulation, so you probably have already installed the required tools.
Execute git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/Warzone2100/warzone2100.git
to get our repository and, periodically, git pull --rebase
to update it. In the folder 'po' you will find the file 'sl.po'.
Our PO files are usually only updated before releases and can therefore easily be outdated. Before beginning to translate, you should therefore ideally update them. In Linux, you could do this by running cd po; ./update-po.sh; make update-po
inside your source code directory. Yet this almost certainly does not work in Windows (unless you know how to install all the required dependencies). Nevertheless, be aware that the file you are working with may be dated.
Once you have made your changes, commit them and create a patch.
Your PO file had CRLF line terminators, which are common on Windows, instead of the LF terminators common in Linux which we use in our repository. This is maybe caused by Poedit or some other software you use. You should convert them, by using a tool like dos2unix.
Your MO file is not needed by developers.
To commit, execute a command like git commit -m 'update Slovenian translation' po/sl.po
.
Your commit will stay on your own computer. You may also push it to your own fork of our repository -- but not to our official repository. Only a few trusted users can modify that (imagine what could happen otherwise).
Therefore, you should create a patch file, e.g. by running git format-patch -1 HEAD --stdout > ../old_slovenian_translation.patch
(view [raw-attachment:old_slovenian_translation.patch] for the result based on the file you attached).
If you update your translation, you can simply reopen this ticket, and attach the patch file to it. The rest should be done for you. I appreciate your efforts.
