AA Emplacement and AA Site do not see VTOL if placed next to structures. #1420

In real life, we also do not know how to shoot through buildings and walls, so I think this is not a bug but quite the right behavior. When building an air defense system, you need to take into account the defense overview.

In the video in the example, I see the following problem. The map is made so that the player can not build a good defense around the perimeter, because his base is pressed to the edge of the map + cliff. As a result, there is no open space for the Defense Air defense system to operate. And there are a lot of such cards in the game.

I concur... this appears fine on first glance and IMO not really a bug. Perhaps quite minor, when it comes to tracking. Is the same true if let's say the AA is 1 spaced tile apart? You've also got the option of building AA Hardpoints for that exact use case.
