Special tactics against Ultimate Scavangers for bots (cobra, bonecrusher, etc) #2332

Ultimate Scavangers are special by having everything researched from start, including copters. Copters are more like flying tanks than strike units, with insane HP amount (500 for rocket copter - same as unenhanced dragon). When I play, I always first rush to hurricane, to keep copters from exterminating ground units until they get enough armor / weapon upgrades to deal with copters themselves. If warzone 4.0 allowes AI to detect uscav state, AI should do same. At least if it's not going rocket line, where minirockets are great against copters (though problems begin again when moving to lancers, at least if not using cyborgs or sunburst).

They are beefy, though the Ultimate Scavangers do not build them normally for quite some time into the game if I recall as usually. As a RFE for the AI, is worth considering.
