observers distract from the battle #3582

I would like the number and quality of observers to have no impact on the players. Unfortunately, there are still some situations where observers occupy their attention.

  1. exit of the observer from the battle: A sound is played and an icon of the exited player is drawn. It takes a few seconds to understand that this is neither an ally nor an enemy.
  2. The observer is frozen and an autokick is applied to him. I haven't tested it in the current version, but in previous versions it led to a looping countdown for player elimination.
  3. The observer hovered in the lobby room. The room does not start, you have to exclude him and everyone has to press “ready” again (partially repeats https://github.com/Warzone2100/warzone2100/issues/3564)
  4. the observer is disabled for desync: sound, icon, chat message

now it kick when a player is timing-out in room but it do not apply to specs..
