Mesh errors in some geographies #5

Some of the geographies load with errors, resulting in holes in the meshes.

I can confirm that on my system. Texas is missing a big piece. A few other states are missing little bits. The web console reports some errors but I wasn't sure how much was actually a problem and how much was debug.
