XS-Series
- update EEPROMEditor to let startup_temp_degC be used for laser TEC as well as detector TEC
- fixed DetectorTemperatureFeature on ambient detectors
- enforce eeprom.max_integration_time_ms
- StatusIndicators show laser unavailable when battery low
refactoring
- moved BatteryFeature, StatusIndicators to ctl

@samiebee43, any issues? This was used for 4.0.15.

In the future I would rather merge to main without approval than cut a release from a branch. Main should always be the same or more recent than the last release candidate.
