Misc. Loaded measurement x-axis behavior #319

Loaded measurements should have a LoadedXAxis object, which contains everything we were able to infer about the loaded spectrum. If a loaded measurement doesn't have enough data to be displayed with the current x-axis, it should quietly disappear, versus the current behavior (defaulting to pixel space regardless of selected x-axis).
