Created new wasatch.TakeOneRequest class to encapsulate configurable settings for a specific TakeOne
Added Reading.take_one_request so Readings can be associated with an (optional) TakeOneRequest
Gave TakeOneRequest a unique ID so ENLIGHTEN can ignore any other spectra if waiting on a particular Request to be satisified
passes initial (light) testing
