Hi @Waschina I have tried installing cobrar to test some of its capabilities and begin some community modeling analysis. However, I have had some difficulties installing cobrar. I think due to needing gfortran. What version of R does cobrar support? Therefore, I have resumed using MicrobiomeGS2 to create a community model though I am experiencing a peculiar problem with it, but I have emailed you the details. Thanks.
Using an R version >= 4.0.0 should be working with cobrar.
Please consider using the R-package cobrar, which is under development.
