[Orgs] Merge Data from older GoogleDoc #2

Chad Lupkes has shared an older (updated Jan 2015) GoogleDoc he compiled: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oopQSIAvRlgubQHlNzqWpHIBbCT94i5nQ-nUcNrwXc8/edit?authkey=CIf_zuwK&pref=2&pli=1#gid=2 (read-only)

Help is wanted to merge data from that GoogleDoc into the orgs.json file
