Improve camera calibration procedure #1

There needs to be ONE single launch file that runs the camera calibration 
procedure from scratch on a newly attached camera, and writes out the required 
launch files with the correct namespace, device name and launch file locations. 
This launch file should expose as many parameters as possible

New camera setup/calibration is combined into a single procedure. This will 
need to be updated for the network cameras.
